🔇 Upload Videos with Noise Cancellation

Upload video files into your weet video with the option to remove background noise with Soft, Medium, or Extreme options. Choose this option when you create a weet, after you click "Upload Your File" and select a file.

This feature is available for Premium accounts only (Business or Enterprise).

Great news! You asked, we listened. Download your Weet videos in up to 4k and 60fp! You can also set a default playback speed that the viewer can always change if they want to.

🎇 Custom Workspace Branding

Customize your logo, accent colors, and more with custom branding!

Simply navigate to "Workspace Settings" then "Edit Appearance." There you can customize your Workspace and branding. You have the options to name your Workspace, add an icon, add a logo, and change the accent color.

🎥 New Backgrounds

For a personalized feel, choose from 11 new backgrounds with descriptive text. Use these new backgrounds to introduce your videos, as a transition, and more!

🎇 Upload a New Image for Your Weet Video Thumbnail

Just like with your other thumbnail settings, navigate to "Advance Editing" then "Edit Thumbnail." There you can upload your own image to use as a weet video thumbnail!

If you ever find your weet video thumbnail is.... less than flattering, now you can change that! You can also add your weet title, video time length, and more!

💸 Price Decrease and New Weet Video Number Limitations

Now, Business pricing for Weet is down to $8 from $12 per creator per month... YAY!

Also, you will only be able to access your 10 most recent weet videos (both that you created and that were shared with you) per Workspace. In order to access all videos in a Workspace, you must upgrade to a paid plan or create a new Workspace.

⚙️Chrome Access Settings

Google chrome recently released an update that resulted in changes to system settings on your computer. Due to this, you will have to edit system access settings in your Chrome browser in order to record your screen.

Step 1: Open System Preferences and select Security and Privacy.

Step 2: Under Privacy, click on Screen Recording.

Step 3: Un-check and check the permission for Google Chrome.

Step 4: When prompted, continue by clicking on Quit and Re-Open on Google Chrome.

You could always adjust weet video playback speeds. Now when you play a weet a playback speed menu appears. When you hover over varying playback speeds, the adjusted total video time appears above!

Click on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner to edit your Weet. When you click on each section thumbnail below you can now name the sections! You can even use emojis in the names 😎 (Don't forget you can drag and drop sections to rearrange them as well)

We are super excited to announce a better, more streamlined recording interface! Now you have the option to record only your webcam. Other recording options, and your sections, are presented in a more intuitive way.

Drag, drop, and delete sections with ease.

Select Low, Normal, or High-Quality recording options from the menu in the bottom left corner of your Weet recording screen.

The camera will automatically follow you when you move, ensuring that your face is always centered in the video recording. Toggle this on and off at the bottom of the filter menu.

Double-click the sticker to completely hide it. Click on the icon of a person in the bottom right corner to show the sticker again.

Scroll your mouse over the bubble with your video in it (we call that your sticker) to review the screen and information behind it! Don't forget you can also resize and move your sticker - even off the screen.

If you are in a situation where you'd like the background noise of your recording to be blocked out, now you can do just that! Simply click on "Create Weet," then select the menu on the bottom left corner that looks like a gear. Toggle on "Activate noise cancellation" and you are all set!

Great news! Now you can duplicate your Weets! Simply click the menu button on the bottom of your Weet or from your Weet homepage to access this feature. Your duplicated Weet will not be shared automatically with the viewers of the Weet you are copying.

When you create a Weet and invite others to collaborate, you can now change the privileges of those collaborators after you've shared your Weet. Simply click the "Share" button to access this feature.

When you rearrange sections, the timestamped comments move with that section.

Now you can delete any section, add one at the end, and move it where you want! This will majorly minimize having to re-record sections and save you even more time.

When you create your first Weet you will be guided through a virtual tour of Weet. We will walk you through a virtual coffee session, where you'll create and share your very first Weet!

In the spirit of the season, we made fun filters for your stickers and backgrounds for your screencast! Since we can't travel this year like we normally can, this is a perfect way to send warm holiday wishes to your loved ones.

You now have the option to make your Weet links publicly available to anyone with the link, or viewable via invite only. It's your choice! You can edit these settings in the bottom of the "Share" menu.

Now you can simply copy your Weet link with editing or commenting permissions, rather than individually invite people to do so.

You also have this option again at the end of your Weet creation process!

Now you can work from space! Or the beach, or the Golden Gate Bridge 🌁 with Weet's new Virtual Backgrounds!

Now when you click the top "magic wand" icon on the Record Screen menu, you see this! Virtual backgrounds are included, and when you hover over the filter or background Weet tells you what the name is.

See that little talk bubble in the example below? We call that your sticker. Now, when you export your Weet, stickers are included in the file!

You can now reply to your teammates with webcam, audio, screenshare, or text comments and they will be neatly displayed on the righthand side of your Weet in the order they are created.

You can now turn desktop notifications on to see when co-creators react to your Weet.

The new recording screen update makes it easy to track and see how long your current section can be.

Our new section helper helps you define the section duration for your Weets. Our AI has identified that the best duration for a section is 2 minutes and 30 seconds. You have the option of extending your section duration to 5 minutes or even, 8.

Now you can preview your Weet sections after recording and either keep them or re-record, before you publish your Weet.
