Google Chrome recently released an update that resulted in changes to system settings on your computer. This has led to some unexpected errors and screen sharing not being possible while connected on video recording tools.

Step 1: First, make sure your Chrome plugin has access to camera and microphone. This can be done by navigating Chrome Settings > Security and Privacy > Site Settings.

Step 2: Next, click on Start, then Settings, then Privacy.

Step 3: Confirm that Chrome has access to your Camera and Microphone, as shown below.
